What size area do you need for setup?Ideally, we recommend a 10' x 10' area with a ceiling height of over 9' (backdrop height is 8'). In some instances, we can fit in slightly smaller areas depending on your situation. For the 360 Video Booth, we do require close proximity to a power outlet.

Can you customize the experience for my event?Of course! We design custom photo templates to match the style and theme of your event. We will work closely with you prior to the event to create a design that brings your vision to life! We also offer a variety of backdrop choices to choose from and a selection of props to coincide with your theme. Custom backdrops (containing high quality images or logos) can also be created for an additional fee. Additional custom props to match your party theme can also be included for an additional fee.

What types of props are included?We only use high quality, classy props- including high quality signs, hats, lips/mustaches, crowns, sunglasses, feather boas, etc. We work to create a nice selection of props to match the theme of your event. Additional props specific to your party theme can be purchased for an additional fee.

Will we receive photos at the event?Absolutely! Digital images are available to you and your guests immediately and can be shared to social media instantly. We also offer printed photo packages where you and your guests can instantly print unlimited copies of photos. Additionally, following the event, the host will be provided access to an online picture gallery containing all images from the event.

What size prints can the photobooth create?We can produce 4x6 photos (landscape or portrait orientation) or 2x6 strips. Both 4x6 and 2x6 photo templates can include up to 4 images, but 3 is usually the maximum we recommend. Using fewer photos allows for larger more visible images and design. We are happy to discuss all options with you and show you samples, just ask!

What type of events do you specialize in?All of them! A photobooth is an amazing addition to any type of event and we are party professionals! We love to be part of any type of celebration- Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Events, Graduations, Anniversaries, Grand Openings, Fundraisers, etc.

Can photobooths be set up outdoors?Indoor settings are preferable, but our photobooths can be used in a outdoor setting. For outdoor events, we do require the area to have a hard/flat surface for set up and we require the area to be covered and protected from weather and intense sunlight. Photo/video quality can vary with outdoor events and variable weather conditions.

Will an attendant be available the entire time?An experienced, friendly Booth Attendant will remain on-site from start to finish to ensure everything runs smoothly. As party professionals, we assist your guests throughout the event and recommend poses and props.

Is setup/breakdwown time included in the package?Your time starts after the booth is set up, which takes up to 1 hour. Therefore, we will plan to be at your event at least 1 hour before your scheduled booth rental time. If you pay for 3 hours, you will have a full 3 hours of photo booth fun! Please note, idle fees may apply if an earlier setup is requested.

What is the minimum amount of time I can book the photo booth for?Booths must be booked for a minimum of 3 hours. For more formal events (i.e. Weddings, Quinceañeras), we often recommend a 4 hour rental to ensure guests have sufficient time to visit the photobooth between dances, meals, and mingling.

How does the 360 Video Booth work?Once guests are in the booth, the camera spins around to capture a 360-degree video. Software is used to incorporate special effects such as slow-motion into the videos. Once done, guests can view the finished video and send it to themselves.

How many people can fit on the 360 Video Booth platform?The 360 Video Booth can fit up to 4 people at one time, but 2-3 people is ideal and more comfortable.

Are you insured?We are fully insured and can provide a COI upon request. COI requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the event.

What areas do you serve?We primarily serve Northern Virginia, but we will absolutely travel throughout the DMV area. Travel within 35 miles from our location (Bristow, VA) is included in the our pricing. Additional fees for travel beyond 35 miles will be applied to packages.

Do you require a deposit?To secure your date, a 25% deposit and signed contract will be required at the time of booking. The final payment will be due the day before the event. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle. Once booked, we do not take any other reservations for that date and/or time, therefore, deposits are non-refundable.
